I first discovered Car and Driver back about 1972 or so...saw an article on the Citroen SM, and decided I needed that car. Never got one...but...
Discovered that Shep had a regular column in the magazine. This was enough to get me to subscribe. Enjoyed the magazine for the next several years. Of course, all the copies I had are now long since at the bottom of some landfill, so...is there an online archive of Shep's Car and Driver columns?
