Banjo Butt Meets Julia Child

I have been looking for a copy of a short story by Jean Shepherd that appeared in Playboy in December, 1968 "Banjo Butt Meets Julia Child". It was -- without a doubt -- the funniest story that I have ever read. I had a copy of that issue of Playboy for many years, but loaned it to someone and never got it back. Does anyone know where I could get a copy of that story. I don't need an original or the entire magazine, but would like the story itself. Can anyone give me a lead?
