Does anyone know of a source to get the Audio version of this book. Shep mentions he read it for "Books for the Blind"
At this point in time it must have made it to the masses?

IGWT dedication

I just got out my copy of IGWT and looked at the dedication. It reads: "To my Mother, and my Kid Brother And the Rest of the Bunch . . ." A slight against the Old Man. Shep must have still been angry at the Old Man, years after leaving the family, finding a 2nd wife and moving to Florida. |

I just noticed something for sale on ebay. A signed copy of IGWT to his wife, Lois Nettleton. The inscription reads "To My Own Lois - without whom this book would have been finished two years sooner. Love, Jean Shepherd (Mr. Nettleton)." Item number: 380194845558
