THREE STOOGES Interview on You-Tube!! Date: 06-04-2011 By: HassoBenSoba	Here we go again.... I've posted a TV interview I did in 2003 with Rich Koz on his "Stooge-a-Palooza" show. I am the proud owner of five ORIGINAL scripts (not xerox copies) from the 1940's, and Rich invited me on as his guest to discuss them. It's only about 7 minutes long, so you won't need popcorn and a pillow like with the Toy-Store video. 06-22-2011 ( Reply#: 6631 )	Jay	Larry; I enjoyed watching you being interviewed by Rich Koz back in 2003. I'm surprised to learn just how much the Three Stooges improvised in their movie shorts. Near the end of the interview, Rich asked that you come back to share more information. Did you take him up on this offer?

08-17-2011 ( Reply#: 6849 )	HassoBenSoba	Jay-- I think I just wrote to Rich Koz at the e-mail address he gives out on the show. He was doing a number of "man-on-the-street" interviews for the show....the "which one of the stooges is your favorite?" sort of thing, which I thought was lame. He knew my dad from his Channel 32 days, and when I wrote and told him about the scripts (and reminded him of my dad), he just invited me to come to the studio to tape the show. So we agreed on the date and time; I thought it was odd that he totally trusted me to show up with the scripts, even though he really had no idea if I was "legit" or not; he had the whole crew there ready to go, etc. Of course, I did show up. We spent a little time at his desk mapping out our conversation, then went in front of the cameras and knocked it out in one take. What was bizarre was the fact that he films the show in a TINY--and I mean MINISCULE--little area in the basement of the TV station; his "Son of Svengoolie" set with the coffin is in a corner close to the Stooge set, and it is also unbelievably small and cramped.
