People interviewed for EYF Date: 05-05-2005 By: emurphy	Gene Bergman's book has references on who Gene interviewed. See Appendix A in EYF. There are names that appear on Shep's probate docs (http://www.leeclerk.org/probate_detail.asp?CsNum=99000000003529&CsType=Estate) that were not interviewed, like Zwilling, Agins. Shep left all rights to Zwilling. Any insights here? Who are they and what is their play here?	3

05-07-2005 ( Reply#: 21 )	Skoonj	I am listed as having paid for a copy of the will and additional papers (Damian Housman). I wonder why Zwilling wasn't interviewed. Maybe he refused requests to be.
05-14-2005 ( Reply#: 24 )	sheptapes	Zwilling was Shepherd's lawyer, Agins his accountant. They were personal friends but claim they never heard the radio show. I know Gene talked to Zwilling, but perhaps he had nothing that added any insight for the book. Don't know - where's Gene??

I'd ask him something and his responses were always very short,polite, though sometimes uninformed about Shepherd's work. My then-editor finally got an appointment for the two of us to interview Mr. Zwilling. When we showed up to meet him in his Manhattan office, we were told he'd forgotten our appointment and was in Connecticut. I will say no more.
